Poor service delivery in all spheres of government is a serious concern in South Africa. At times it leads to violent strikes by community members. Triad of Hope Foundation is committed to working together with the National, Provincial and Local Governments including state entities to accelerate good service delivery.
As of 2022, South Africa’s population increased, counting approximately 60.6 million inhabitants. The country has a youth (14-35 years) population which is the majority of its entire population. This presents a unique situation for youth development; it implies that youth development in South Africa is not just a priority of the Youth sector but a nation’s main concern including the non-profit organizations/non-profit companies. The Triad of Hope Foundation also takes youth development as one of its priorities. Through its programmes, the foundation wishes to address the following youth challenges in Gauteng and Limpopo:
The corporate sector is a section of society consisting of companies/industries/business houses. They are the industrial development side of our society. They contribute to National Income Generation, Infrastructure Growth and Development of the Economy. Triad of Hope Foundation is also servicing corporate sectors depending on their Corporate Social Investment (CSI) need. Triad of Hope Foundation activities are based on enterprise-wide needed support services, provided based on specialized knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve and give back to the surrounding communities.
Triad of Hope Foundation has the responsibility to develop and enrich the communities by working with other Non-Government Organisation/Non-Profit Organisation/ Non-Profit Company (NGO/NPO/NPC). Triad of Hope Foundation seek to contribute to eradicating the high rate of social illness, drug abuse, Crime, unemployment and improve on infrastructure development in Gauteng and ultimately South Africa.
Nare Klaas Kubyane is a Social Worker by profession who has been actively involved in the field since 2014. He is the founding member of the Employee Assistance Programme Association-SA Platinum Chapter in North west and he served in Education and Development Portfolio for 5 years.
Nare qualified as a social worker from the University of Limpopo in 2013 and completed his Honours Degree in Gender Studies at Unisa in 2022. He has an extensive track record with a number of professional development certificates in Employee Wellness, Employee Assistance Programme, HIV and AIDS Care and Counselling, Occupational Health and Wellness, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Advance Management and Development, Art and Play Therapy with the Traumatized Child, Gender Mainstreaming and Conflict Management and Negotiation.
Mr Kubyane has rendered his professional skills and expertise with the Limpopo Department of Social Development, National Department of Public Works and Infrastructure: Mmabatho Regional Office, National Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development: North West Provincial Office and Department of Employment and Labour. He has an immeasurable span of knowledge in the field of Employee Health and Wellness.

Pride Mashilo is a dedicated and passionate social worker with a wealth of experience in the field of social work. She is a registered professional with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) and holds an impressive educational background in various aspects of social care, including Social Work, Counselling Psychology, HIV and AIDS Care and Counselling, Industrial and Organisational Psychology (IOP), and Employee Wellness.
With a strong desire to bring about positive change, Pride has dedicated her career to serving others and improving the lives of those in need. She has gained extensive experience in the field through her employment at reputable institutions such as the Department of Social Development, Joburg Child Welfare, the Department of Correctional Services, and the Department of Defence: Military Psychological Institute (IOP intern).
Currently, Pride owns and operates a private practice, where she continues to provide vital support and guidance to individuals, families, and communities. She is committed to continually developing her skills and knowledge to better serve her clients and is always seeking opportunities to collaborate with other professionals in the field.
Pride is known for her compassionate nature, exceptional communication skills, and ability to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She approaches every situation with empathy, understanding, and a strong desire to help others overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Tumelo Selematsela is a self-motivated and driven site manager for the Work Community Program under Greater Letaba municipality. She manages a number of over 1100 participants. She started working in the CWP as a site administrator and later promoted to be a Site manager because of her excellent commitment to the program and the municipality as a whole. When Tumelo was a University student she volunteered for two years at the Tshwane University of Technology in the Health and Wellness department as a peer educator.
As a person who has worked in the health and wellness programs Tumelo has managed to form partnerships with different departments for health and wellness advocacy within the CWP and her team is busy assisting at EDCs with cleaning and homework assistance. Tumelo helped 30 young people from the CWP to form cooperatives in Agriculture and floor polish production to alleviate poverty.
Tumelo holds a diploma in Labour relations and a bachelor of Laws degree. She has a dream of becoming a family advocate, her dream is to be a voice to the less privileged and children as child abuse is a problem in most communities. Tumelo is currently doing her master’s degree with the University of South Africa.
Tumelo is known as a leader who is able to lead with humility, compassion and transparency yet embracing confidentiality. A person who is dedicated to health and wellness possesses unwavering compassion, demonstrating empathy in every interaction. Tumelo’s commitment extends beyond professional duties, showcasing a genuine passion for promoting holistic well-being, poverty alleviation and inspiring positive lifestyle changes in others.
